Ingram was the first Whitehorse neighbourhood to be planned with a focus on affordability, don’t read into this that the homes were built ‘cheap’. Ingram focused on creating more affordable homeownership options for buyers by increasing density. Increased density was accomplished through building townhouses and duplexes on smaller parcels. Even the single-family homes were built on smaller lots making the dream of owning a house more attainable to hard-working Yukoners. The wilderness is out your back door, with the Whitehorse trail system, Ingram Crossing or the neighbouring trail Arkell Wetlands. Fully serviced by transit
